Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are produced on demand. After you place your order, production typically takes 2–5 working days. During busy periods (such as around Christmas or during promotional events), production may take up to 7 working days.

Delivery

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Once your order has been produced and dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or a similar carrier. Total estimated delivery time from order to doorstep is 5–9 working days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the dispatch notification.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains both merch/apparel items and haircare products, these may be shipped separately from different locations and may arrive on different days. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

You may be charged separately for Merch vs haircare products but should be notified at point of purchase. 

Missing or Late Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers, but we will always work to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to our printing partner due to an incorrect address, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
