We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All of our products are made to order — each item is printed just for you after you place your order. We don’t hold stock — everything is freshly made when you order it, which means less waste.
This means production typically takes 2–5 working days, and delivery within the UK usually takes a further 2–4 working days after that. So you can expect your order within 5–9 working days in total.
We’ll send you a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on it.

Standard UK shipping is a flat rate of £3 shown at checkout. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram and Facebook to catch those. We currently only ship within the UK.

Yes! Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven’t received a dispatch email within 7 working days of ordering, please get in touch at the email address below.

If it’s been more than 10 working days since you placed your order, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you. Sometimes Royal Mail has delays, but we’ll always do our best to sort things out.

Our printing partners use professional-grade DTG printing which is designed to last. To get the longest life out of your print, we recommend washing inside-out at 30°C and avoiding tumble drying. Detailed care instructions come with every order.

Slight colour variations between screens and printed products are normal and can happen due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and the printing process. We do our best to ensure accurate colour reproduction, but minor variations aren’t considered a fault.

Not at the moment — we’re currently UK only. If there’s enough demand we may look at international shipping in the future. Drop us a message if you’d like to see that happen!

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we’ll absolutely sort it out — either with a replacement or a full refund. All purchases of print-on-demand items are final sale unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. Sale items and personalised products are also non-refundable. We’re a small business and each item is made specifically for you, so we appreciate your understanding.

Unfortunately we can’t do direct exchanges on made-to-order items. If you’re unsure about sizing, check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If your item is genuinely faulty, we’ll of course replace it in the correct size.
